The Game is sold through third-party platforms (Steam, App Store, Google Play). All purchases and refunds are subject to the terms and policies of the respective platform where you purchased the Game.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STRAY FAWN PUBLISHING, BLUKULÉLÉ, ATEO GMBH, OR THEIR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
